Your data is safe. This document explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

  1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of personal data is Kamereba d.o.o., Ulica 1, 71000 Sarajevo, BiH (hereinafter: “the Seller”). Contact for privacy questions: info@kamere.ba.

  1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you place an order we collect:

  • first and last name;
  • delivery and billing address;
  • email address and phone number;
  • order details (products, quantity, total value);
  • the note attached to the order, if you add one.

We do not collect or store card data — payment is made by bank transfer (virman) or cash on delivery (cash to the courier on delivery).

When you visit the site, technical data is automatically recorded: IP address, device and browser type, time of visit. This data is used only for security and statistics.

  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We use your data solely to:

  • process and deliver your order;
  • communicate about your order (confirmation, status, any complaints);
  • meet legal obligations (accounting, fiscalization);
  • improve site functionality (anonymized statistics).
  1. COOKIES

The site uses technical cookies essential for the cart and login to work. We do not use statistical or marketing cookies without your explicit consent, which you can give or refuse via the cookie banner on your first visit.

  1. DATA RETENTION

We keep order data for as long as the law requires (at least 5 years for fiscal purposes). We retain your email address for marketing until you unsubscribe.

  1. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • the courier service (name, address, phone only — necessary for delivery);
  • state authorities when required by law.
  1. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the BiH Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR principles, you have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • erase data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing.

You can send a request to info@kamere.ba — we respond within 30 days.

The site uses SSL/TLS encryption (https). Access to the database is strictly limited and logged. Security measures are reviewed regularly.
